Pay Details
Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth plus generous commission.
Average first year earnings range from $55K–$75K through base salary and commission.
Top performers in their second year and onward can earn $85K+.
Position Location : Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in the state of Arizona. Applicants must reside within this specified location to be considered for this role.

Job Details
As an Inbound Sales Representative you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs, and match the right coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details
From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All Inbound Sales Representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training includes licensing.
Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (example 11am–8pm CST). This schedule is expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
All computer equipment is provided. Requires a dedicated home office with wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.
Qualifications
2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service experience required.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
Ability to communicate well with prospects and customers.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty license required after hire.
