Pet Supermarket - - Responsibilities: Lead customers and the team in driving sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in store to achieve sales, KPIs and store performance goals; Prioritize, assign, and delegate daily goals, tasks, and assignments to associate team and ensure proper completion when manager on duty; Proficient in store opening and closing procedures; Support the execution of new hire training and merchandising guidelines; Complete tasks and other duties as assigned by store management
