Responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, repair, and modification of MFD printer equipment. Serves as the on-site technical expert, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely service delivery, troubleshooting, and

training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, operate, and maintain MFD printer equipment to meet customer specifications.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, recommending solutions aligned with product and customer requirements.
  • Conduct product assessments and technical analysis for implementations and enhancements.
  • Deliver technical training and product briefings to customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Act as the primary on-site representative for customer interactions and support.
  • Manage service calls using multiple systems, ensuring compliance with SLA commitments.
  • Maintain equipment performance within published specifications for electrical, mechanical, and print quality.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding service status, estimated arrival times, and resolution updates.
  • Provide guidance on product usage and features.
  • Complete all service procedures and documentation before leaving the customer site.
  • Track and report service data, including call status, parts usage, and inventory levels.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Additional Duties

  • Participate in special projects and assignments as directed.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in field service or customer support.
  • Strong electro-mechanical aptitude.
  • Proven experience servicing printers, imaging devices, or related hardware.
  • Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks and computer systems.
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 60 pounds.

Education
