Ross Stores - 5555 Whittlesey Boulevard - Responsibilities: Greet customers and assist them with merchandise and questions in a friendly, knowledgeable manner; Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment including cleaning tasks and merchandising to standards; Assist with receiving and merchandising newly received merchandise to the sales floor; Follow loss prevention and MOS policies and protect confidential information; Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer service calls and escalate to store leadership when needed
