About the Role

As a Payment Support Analyst at Axiom, you'll be the go-to resource for handling inbound and outbound calls related to claim payment inquiries. Whether you're speaking with customers, repair facilities, agents, or partners, your role is to provide accurate information, document requests, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset to support smooth and efficient claim payment operations.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Answer inbound calls related to claim payment status, documentation, and general payment inquiries
  • Research payment status and troubleshoot basic payment-related issues
  • Initiate outbound calls and return voicemail inquiries as needed
  • Log and document all call activity accurately within company systems
  • Complete required follow-up actions based on call type, inquiry, or payment status
  • Escalate issues appropriately in accordance with established procedures
  • Maintain professionalism and provide clear, courteous communication to all callers
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems while handling live calls
  • Attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
  • Ability to manage call volume in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior customer service or call center experience
  • Familiarity with claims, payments, or automotive-related environments
