Pay Range: $92.03hr - $97.03hr

• The Sr. IT Project Manager will oversee complex technology initiatives from concept through implementation and project closure.
• This role requires strong leadership in managing large scale IT projects, coordinating cross functional teams, and ensuring project objectives are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• The candidate will play a critical role in managing project schedules, identifying risks, and communicating progress to stakeholders and leadership.

• Minimum ten years of relevant project management experience.
• Proven experience managing large scale and complex IT initiatives.
• Experience managing multi phase projects with dependencies and critical path scheduling.
• Experience with infrastructure project implementations is preferred.
• Experience with cloud implementation projects is a plus.

• Lead and manage complex technology projects from conceptual phase through implementation and completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans outlining project scope, requirements, resource needs, and timelines.
• Manage project schedules using Microsoft Project including dependency mapping and critical path analysis.
• Monitor project progress and performance against plans and ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Identify potential project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop corrective action plans to address project challenges and minimize delays.
• Provide clear and timely communication to stakeholders and leadership regarding project status and risks.
• Prepare and present detailed project status reports and performance updates.
• Ensure projects comply with organizational policies, PMO standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Lead cross functional and matrixed teams to ensure collaboration and successful project delivery.
• Support data driven decision making through analysis and reporting using advanced Excel tools.
