As the Claims Representative, you will be responsible for the evaluation, investigation and resolution of individual death claims within established guidelines. You will be providing a superior customer experience to our clients.

• Some college or equivalent work experience preferred
• Strong math or insurance background
• Continuing education is highly encouraged through achievement of a LOMA designation and/or the ICA Associate, Life and Health Claims designation
• Strong, proven customer service experience and skills
