Description:

Site: Mass General Brigham Medical Group, Inc.

Mass General Brigham relies on a wide range of professionals, including doctors, nurses, business people, tech experts, researchers, and systems analysts to advance our mission. As a not-for-profit, we support patient care, research, teaching, and community service, striving to provide exceptional care. We believe that high-performing teams drive groundbreaking medical discoveries and invite all applicants to join us and experience what it means to be part of Mass General Brigham.

Do you excel at anticipating needs, cultivating relationships, and creating space for leaders to focus on what matters most? We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Chief of Mass General Brigham Primary Care. Since our employees are our most important resource at Mass General Brigham, this full-time role will offer a full range benefits package that is comprehensive, contemporary, and highly competitive.

This is a rare opportunity to build a high-trust partnership with a leader shaping the future of primary care at a pivotal moment for both our field and our system. As a true extension of the Chief and the primary care mission, this position will support the day-to-day work that will meaningfully impact individual patients, whole families, and communities. A practicing primary care physician for 25 years, this leader is deeply committed to a longitudinal, whole-person approach. Therefore, the ideal candidate will need to bring not only a strong foundation as a proven Executive Assistant, but also a genuine desire to support the delivery of high-quality, team-based, patient-centered care.

The role will require someone who can act independently while exercising sound judgment about when to move forward autonomously and when to elevate for alignment. The position also calls for flexibility and the ability to confidently prioritize competing demands, navigate complexity, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the system.

Success depends on discretion, diplomacy, and professionalism, along with a forward-looking mindset. If you thrive in a high-impact environment and are energized by working closely with a mission-driven leader, this is the role for you.

Apply today and help us make a profound impact on the health of our patients!
