About the Opportunity
Ellucian is seeking a highly skilled Proposal Solutions Manager focused on selling Ellucian Student to join the Global Proposals team, serving as a functional authority across our integrated SIS, ERP, CRM, and platform ecosystem - with deep expertise in student first solutions.
In this role, you will respond to complex, detailed SIS and platform RFx requirements by translating institutional needs into clear, accurate, and strategically positioned solution responses. You will analyze RFPs, determine solution fit, and craft high-quality functional content that demonstrates how Ellucian's solutions work together across the student lifecycle and enterprise operations.
As an individual contributor in the Sales Operations & Strategy organization, this role is key to supporting continued revenue growth through providing up-to-date functional, technical and strategic content for RFx responses, as well as supporting partner responses. You will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Solutions Consulting, Services, Cloud, Compliance, and Sales Enablement to ensure proposals are compliant, competitive, and aligned with current product capabilities and roadmap direction. This role supports North America and reports to the Senior Manager, Proposal Solutions.
