Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and motivate crew members to meet performance standards.
Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
Manage food preparation, quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock control.
Handle cash management, POS operations, and daily reports.
Enforce company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations.
Support store management in achieving sales, cost, and labor targets.
Required Qualifications:
2 - 5+ years of experience in the fast food or quick service restaurant (QSR) industry.
Prior experience in a Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work morning shift.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and operational compliance.
