Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to all personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, grounds, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and/or potential policy violations.; Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials, following visitor control procedures, and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Support location protocols within an aerospace and defense environment by remaining attentive to restricted areas, reporting suspicious behavior, and assisting with security-related requests from authorized personnel.
