A community-based behavioral health organization in Washington, DC is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join their clinical team. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality outpatient behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families in an underserved community.

Job Responsibilities
• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based modalities
• Conduct intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR
• Collaborate with internal and external providers to support coordinated care
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and required trainings
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when needed
• Contribute to a positive, client-centered clinical culture
Qualifications
• Active LPC or LICSW license in Washington, DC (or eligibility for licensure)
• Experience in outpatient or community mental health preferred
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
