Shift Manager – Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)

Our client is seeking experienced and driven Shift Managers to join a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment. This role is ideal for professionals who can lead teams, manage daily operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily shift operations to ensure smooth restaurant performance
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to meet service, quality, and productivity goals
• Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and compliance
• Manage staffing levels and workflow during peak hours
• Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Support inventory management, stock control, and ordering processes
• Train new hires and reinforce operational best practices

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in fast food or QSR operations
• Prior experience in a supervisory or shift leadership role preferred
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
