Your role will involve ensuring shelves are stocked and backrooms organized by unloading freight, distributing products to the sales floor, and maintaining a tidy, safe workspace. You may also assist customers in finding or loading items. Most shifts will be physically engaging, with schedules contingent upon store requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and offering support during their projects.
Stock merchandise by unloading freight, organizing shelves, and preparing pallets.
Support store operations by confirming delivery accuracy, preparing the dock, and utilizing equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to safety procedures for hazardous materials and equipment usage.
Operate store equipment, including scanners and balers, as required.
Collaborate with your team to complete additional assigned tasks.
Additional responsibilities for Pro Fulfillment Stores include:
Picking and staging Flatbed Delivery orders using the Orders App.
Loading delivery orders with a focus on quality and safety.
Rotating orders by delivery date and addressing customer order concerns.
Communicating proactively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Executing best practices for Delivery Readiness.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience in place of the educational requirement.
Preferred Qualifications
3 months of experience operating forklifts or similar power equipment.
6 months of experience in a warehouse with inventory handling and stocking.

Travel Requirements
This role typically does not require travel, though occasional travel for training or support to nearby stores may be necessary.
Working Conditions
You may work in various weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors. Environmental factors can include heat, cold, wet or humid conditions. Safety protocols for lifting vary based on the task and weight involved. Associates must limit individual lifts to 75 pounds and utilize team lifts or powered equipment when necessary.
