Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients at an automotive location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Control access to the facility by verifying credentials, managing visitor sign-in and escort procedures, and monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management; Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter routes, watching for unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations; Monitor alarms, CCTV, and radio communications when assigned, and assist with vehicle and pedestrian traffic direction during peak periods, deliveries, and special events
