Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive location.; Control access points by verifying identification, issuing visitor/contractor credentials, managing sign-in and/or sign-out logs, and directing traffic to designated areas such as offices, service bays, and/or loading areas.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including receiving calls for assistance, documenting events, and notifying site leadership and/or emergency services when required.; Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter zones to help deter unauthorized activity, identify hazards, and report maintenance or operational concerns through established channels.; Monitor cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems, complete detailed shift reports, and coordinate with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts regarding unusual activity and/or policy violations.
