Regional Planning Manager

The Regional Planning Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing demand, supply, and production planning processes across multiple locations within a region. This role ensures inventory optimization, operational efficiency, and alignment between supply chain functions and business objectives.

Professional background: 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or production planning in a regional or global environment; strong experience with supply chain optimization, and inventory management; hands-on expertise in ERP, APS, and data analytics platforms.

Educational background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

Key responsibilities:

• Demand & Supply Planning: Oversee and optimize demand forecasting and supply planning across multiple business units.
• Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Management: Lead the regional S&OP process, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and financial planning.
• Inventory & Capacity Management: Implement inventory optimization strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Data Analytics & KPI Monitoring: Establish and monitor supply chain KPIs.
• Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement automation and digital transformation projects to streamline workflows.
• Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between regional and global sales and supply chain teams. Collaborate with procurement, logistics, finance, and manufacturing teams to improve supply chain alignment.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supply disruptions, geopolitical factors, and raw material shortages. Ensure regulatory compliance with trade, customs, and sustainability policies.
