Job Title: HR Call Center Representative
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Employment Type: 6-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
Schedule: Must be able towork any of these three shifts: 8-5pm, 830-530pm and 9-6pm

Position Overview:

4 Corner Resources is seeking multiple customer-focused HR Call Center Representative to join one of our clients in the Orlando, FL area. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable HR experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal/external HR inquiries via phone and email.
• Manage and resolve employee issues with a focus on first-call resolution.
• Handle high volumes of inquiries while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
• Log interactions and maintain accurate case records in internal systems.
• Assist with HR-related topics such as employment verification, benefits, payroll, and more.
• Uphold confidentiality and ensure employee privacy in all communications.
• Guide employees through HR processes and provide accurate policy and procedure information.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to resolve concerns.

• Associate's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience in a call center environment.
• Background in HR functions such as payroll, benefits, timekeeping, or HRIS is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to type 50+ WPM.
• Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
