Job Description: Case Manager (Pre-Litigation)
Are you an experienced Case Manager who can effectively handle a pre-litigation file from start to finish with minimal supervision? Do you pride yourself on providing exceptional customer service and going above and beyond for clients? Qualifications:
- Prior experience in case management is required.
- Fluency in Spanish is essential.
- Strong understanding of the Injury Claims process along with basic knowledge of Medical Terminology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain initial and ongoing communication with clients.
- Request and manage medical records.
- Schedule and oversee medical appointments and care for clients.
- Open and close case files efficiently.
- Calendar key events and deadlines.
- Resolve property damage and loss of use claims.
- Report claims to Medi-Cal and Medi-Care for lien resolution.
- Prepare case files for submission to demand writers.
- Deliver high-quality client care throughout the process.
- Flexible work-from-home options are available.
