Twin Peaks - - Responsibilities: Direct the work of other store employees to create and maintain a profitable store environment with best-in-class service; Drive sales by executing operations, local store marketing, and recruiting; Effectively coach and counsel team members including kitchen crew and Twin Peaks Girls; Proactively recruit and cast Twin Peaks Girls meeting audition guidelines; Ensure Steps of Service are followed and provide PEAKS service to every table
