Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
Process ticket sales, scan pre-purchased tickets, and verify memberships using the ticketing system (training provided).
Provide accurate information about attractions, events, pricing, and directions.
Maintain efficient traffic flow at entry gates during high-volume periods.
Handle cash, credit card, and electronic payments accurately.
Resolve basic guest concerns or escalate issues to supervisors when needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gate or booth area.
Follow all safety procedures and guest service standards.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable interacting with a high volume of guests.
Ability to learn and operate a ticketing/POS system quickly.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Previous hospitality, retail, or guest service experience preferred but not required.
Physical & Work Requirements
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required during peak seasons.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including special events and holiday programming.
