Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a cultural institution setting; Conduct regular and random patrols of galleries, exhibit areas, offices, loading areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access, vandalism, and other policy violations; Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and key activity zones; verify access credentials and/or visitor permissions consistent with site procedures; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; provide clear directions to patrons, coordinate with site leadership, and contact emergency services when needed; Complete detailed reports of patrols, incidents, and unusual activity; communicate observations and service requests to on-site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership
