• Compensation: Earn $18.50 per hour
• Bonus: Receive a $405 Certification bonus upon participation
• Flexible Schedule: Set your own hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday

As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to assist TurboTax customers by addressing their questions regarding TurboTax products and tax return software. Typical inquiries include guidance on downloading, logging in, basic navigation, importing documents, printing, and filing, as well as simple tax-related questions. You will receive continuous support to help you succeed.

• Enjoy the Turbo Bonus Boost of $5.00 per hour from April 9th through 15th, with unlimited hours available. (Note: Must work a minimum of 8 hours each day on April 13th, 14th, and 15th to qualify)
• Certification training will span over three days
• Flexible work hours available anytime from 8am EST to 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday
• A minimum of 25 hours per week is required, and you are welcome to work more!
• You will receive personalized support during live calls from a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and assistance from a Marketplace Performance Specialist (MPS)
