Description:

As an Aircraft Engine Mechanic, you will support either the Columbus Engine Center (CEC) or the Military Engine Center of Excellence (ME - CoE). In this role, you will perform turbine engine, engine module, and component maintenance in accordance with approved technical data, published work instructions, and quality standards. What You Will Do: Perform disassembly and assembly of engines, engine modules, and components using common hand tools, specialized tooling, and fixtures. Execute all phases of assembly and disassembly in compliance with documented work instructions, including required self-inspections and peer inspections of critical processes. Ensure work is completed in alignment with Safety, Quality, and Delivery objectives. Accurately document work performed and ensure adherence to configuration control and quality requirements. Support a team-based environment focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
