MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Performs duties in accordance with TAMMS, DA Pamphlet 738-750 and DA Regulations 700-138, 735-5, 750-1 and 750-8. Assist the Production Control Lead, if assigned, shop supervisor and / or the appropriate maintenance lead in establishing production schedules based on known requirements and customer liaison. Assist customers submitting work orders in a hospitable and professional manner. Process work orders into GCSS-Army from initiation through completion and provide supervisory personnel timely progress information. Maintain general publications library, standard operating procedures and government directives and regulations. Advises supervisor and lead personnel on work order priority issues. Provides the supervisor maintenance reports and statistical performance data. Coordinates with supply personnel for the timely receipt of repair parts and supplies to meet customer work order completion priorities.
