Target - 1591 Bradley Park Drive - Responsibilities: Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard; Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks; When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs; Know and speak to the benefits of Target Loyalty programs with every guest and assist with application or sign-up as needed; Scan and bag all guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices
