Title: Business Program Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months of Contract

Job Description:

1. Rhythm of Business (ROB):
Provide support for organizational rhythm of business meetings including:
Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reviews
Staff meetings
Leadership reviews
Financial reviews
Organizational meetings
Create and manage processes to ensure smooth and efficient execution of ROB activities.

2. Organizational Communication:
Maintain organization SharePoint sites as a communication hub.
Prepare and circulate weekly leadership pass-down information.
Drive closure of ad hoc organizational actions.

3. Vendor & Headcount Management:
Build infrastructure (processes, tools, collaterals) to support vendor management.
Prepare reports for vendor budget tracking and management.
Connect vendor spend with overall headcount planning and hiring plans.
Support hiring activities and manage trackers, ensuring accurate updates in Power BI.

4. Financial Management:
Prepare and share regular financial status reports with leadership.
Communicate financial status to drive timely action.
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes using Power BI.
Lead the financial focal network within the organization to enhance accountability, visibility, and process improvements.

5. Project Analysis & Program Support:
Support organizational growth through development of AI agents, tools, and dashboards.
Use Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage key program deliverables.
Maintain dashboards ensuring accurate and timely schedule inputs.
Monitor ADO work items and bug resolution.
Collect, clean, and analyze data from tools such as ADO, Excel, and Power BI to support decision-making.
Generate and maintain reports on project health, resource utilization, and milestone tracking.
Automate reporting workflows and support dashboard development using Microsoft tools.

Continued Responsibilities:
1. People & Culture Initiatives:
Help create, drive, and support cross-organization people projects and initiatives.
Partner with talent acquisition and recruiting teams to set and manage hiring and people-related targets.
Drive employee engagement efforts such as recognition programs, awards, surveys, MS Poll, and people planning initiatives.
Support university engagement efforts and manage end-to-end processes.

2. Business Operations & Process Optimization:
Streamline business processes across the organization to improve quality, efficiency, and resource management.
Develop and implement new business processes and tools for continuous improvement.
Drive operational excellence by planning, implementing, and monitoring projects that enhance team efficiency.
Ensure timely, consistent, and high-quality completion of business operations activities across stakeholders.
3. Strategic & Executive Support:
Develop high-impact communications for executives, managers, and organization-wide audiences.
Create and manage organizational assets including walking decks, policies & procedures, SharePoint sites, and Teams channels.
Lead and execute strategic initiatives and change management projects across the organization.
Plan and organize content for all-hands meetings, offsites, leadership team meetings, and business reviews.
Orchestrate and lead resource management, planning, and fiscal year priorities process.

4. Metrics, Reporting & Governance:
Streamline reporting goals and develop comprehensive KPIs for:
Product development
Cost efficiency
Schedule adherence
Organizational effectiveness
Influence stakeholders to adopt and align with KPI-driven decision-making.
Lead cross-organizational business reporting for annual planning, technical reviews, and leadership staff reviews.

5. Cross-Org Collaboration & Special Projects:
Partner with stakeholders across the team and the broader Azure organization to drive special projects.
Collaborate across functional groups to ensure alignment with business and cultural priorities.
Support organizational priorities through coordination, execution, and monitoring of high-impact initiatives.
