Senior Financial Analyst

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will join the Corporate FP&A team responsible for delivering accurate, enterprise-wide insights into financial performance and earnings outlook to guide executive decision-making. In this role, you will be instrumental in strengthening our planning infrastructure, leading Adaptive Planning modeling initiatives, and enhancing reporting capabilities across the organization.

This position combines strong financial expertise with advanced systems proficiency. You will design and optimize scalable Adaptive models, develop intuitive dashboards, and ensure the integrity and efficiency of budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes. Success requires technical agility, intellectual curiosity, strong ownership, and an unwavering commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Enhance and optimize existing Adaptive Planning models by implementing improved methodologies, structures, and functionality
  • Support enterprise-wide budget consolidation processes within Adaptive Planning
  • Design and deliver scalable, high-impact reporting dashboards and tools that improve visibility and support strategic decision-making
  • Build, maintain, and continuously refine Adaptive models to meet evolving business needs
  • Effectively balance near-term deliverables with long-term strategic initiatives while consistently meeting deadlines
  • Provide system administration and model governance support, including troubleshooting system issues, managing user security, validating data flows, and maintaining clear documentation
  • Partner cross-functionally within Finance to support planning, forecasting, and operational initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Information Science, or a related discipline
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale financial systems; Adaptive Planning experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success developing financial planning models and supporting budget consolidation processes
  • Solid understanding of leading budgeting and forecasting methodologies
  • Experience working with large data sets, with a strong focus on data integrity and accuracy
  • Foundational knowledge of accounting and finance principles; prior FP&A experience preferred
  • Proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to independently validate work, manage competing priorities, and proactively escalate issues when necessary
