Job Description:
Join our team in Chicago, IL as a Workplace Services Representative on a contract basis.
You will be responsible for managing facilities operations, supporting technology needs, and delivering excellent customer service.
Proficiency in general office software is required.

Key Responsibilities
Manage building work orders and coordinate vendor services.
Support conference room setups and catering logistics.
Handle mail, shipping, and deliveries efficiently.
Maintain office supplies and perform restocking activities.
Provide reception coverage and assist with access support.

Qualifications
Experience in facilities or office services operations.
Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to lift and move supplies as needed (minimum of 50lbs).
Familiarity with general office software applications.
