The Retail Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere. You will handle customer inquiries, operate the cash register, manage merchandising, and ensure the store is clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store.
• Operate the register with accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay informed about promotions and assist customers in getting the best value.
• Keep the work area at the front end organized and tidy.
• Help with inventory management including receiving shipments and stocking shelves.
• Communicate customer needs to Team Leaders as necessary.
• Ensure the overall cleanliness of the store.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and listening abilities.
• A positive attitude and strong interaction skills are a must.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
