Job Description:
Join our team as an IT Project Manager in Charlotte, NC, where you will oversee technology-driven projects, manage scope, timelines, and stakeholder engagement.
This contract role requires proficiency in generic project management technologies and tools to ensure solutions align with functional requirements and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Translate functional requirements into actionable plans and coordinate with various departments.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and executives.
Oversee testing, training, and change management activities related to project rollout.

Qualifications
Proven experience managing functional or technical projects.
Strong understanding of processes, workflows, and functional system requirements.
Proficiency in project management tools like generic project management software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
