Job Title: HR Business Analyst

Duration: 12 Months longterm Contract

Location : Los Angeles, CA and work 3 days from office

We need a HR Business Analyst who has worked with ERP technology.

We dont need a data analyst. We are NOT designing data.

The business analyst will work with user of the ERP systems. This business analyst should know proper HR process at a business and workflow level along with ERP technology.

All positions must have Business Analyst experience with excellent communication skills. Must understand Oracle/ workday/ PeopleSoft HR functionality and must be involved in testing, data extraction & JIRA experience.
