Base Pay
This position offers a minimum starting wage of $15.00 per hour, with opportunities for increased pay based on your experience.

Purpose:
Join Floor & Decor as a Warehouse Team Member, where you will play a vital role in our retail operations. Your main tasks will include compiling orders, replenishing merchandise, and engaging with customers. Whether you are on the sales floor or assisting customers with their purchases, you will be responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse. Essential Job Functions:

• Adhere to the company's safety protocols.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and surpass customer expectations.

• Restock products on the display floor.
• Organize merchandise according to company standards for a seamless shopping experience.
• Assist customers in loading their purchases correctly.
• Help customers locate products and answer their inquiries.
• Be available to assist in other store areas as required.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic math skills required.
• Previous warehouse experience is necessary.
• Experience in customer service is essential.
• Familiarity with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Must complete forklift certification through Floor & Decor.
• Certification for heavy equipment requires passing a drug test, where applicable by state law.

Working Conditions:
This role involves occasional exposure to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level may vary from quiet to moderate.

Physical/Sensory Requirements:
Must have the ability to exert 30 - 60 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20-30 pounds of force frequently. The position involves lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and moving objects. You should be prepared to stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.

Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pickup Hours:
Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
