A company is looking for a ESA Section 7 Consultation Support specialist.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Federal staff in conducting analyses and research for ESA Section 7 consultationsProvide technical assistance to Federal action agencies during ESA consultationsAnalyze scientific literature and agency documents to assess impacts on protected species and develop mitigation strategiesRequired QualificationsBachelor of Science degree in a relevant field and one year of relevant experienceExperience in environmental regulations and the Federal regulatory process or related fieldsPreferred experience in infrastructure, fisheries, offshore wind, acoustics, or related areasKnowledge of Section 7 of the ESAAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
