A company is looking for a Caregiver Recruiter to manage the recruitment and hiring processes for caregivers.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit, interview, hire, and onboard new caregivers in compliance with relevant regulationsExecute recruitment strategies to attract and hire quality caregivers based on immediate and projected needsMaintain accurate employment records and documentation for all hiring processesRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationHigh school graduate or equivalentTech-savvy with proficiency in email, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, and Google productsExperience with applicant tracking software and HR databasesWorking knowledge of recruiting methods and applicable employment laws3 to 18 months of sales experience in the service industry and/or recruiting is preferred
