Experience
Professional experience in the role or similar: > 3 years
Management experience: preferably in multinational context in similar industries, with similar dimensions
Languages: English is mandatory, (Spanish desirable)
Highest Education Level*: Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Master in HR/MBA is a plus
