A company is looking for a Designer to support the Accolades business with a focus on production design and new product development.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute high-volume, post-sale Accolades deliverables while ensuring brand consistency and qualitySupport the development and rollout of new Accolades products by creating and refining scalable design templatesCollaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverablesRequired Qualifications2-4 years of professional design experience, preferably in production designPortfolio showcasing strong execution in typography, layout, and templated workProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and FigmaStrong working knowledge of PowerPoint, with experience designing scalable templates preferredBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field
