• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards
• Manage staffing levels and workflow during peak hours
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
• Support inventory tracking and stock management
• Train new team members and reinforce best practices
• Assist in achieving sales and operational targets

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in fast food or quick service restaurant operations
• Prior supervisory or shift leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment
• Knowledge of food safety and operational procedures
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
