This is a term position beginning March 2, 2026, with a planned ramp-down in September 2026 and potential for extension.

As a startup, we're looking for someone who can flow with the intentional yet emergent nature of our work, hold a variety of projects/tasks with joy and attention to detail, and collaborate effectively with team members and other partners. Climate knowledge and passion are vital for this role, and we'll be looking for a minimum of 5 years of experience in program design and delivery, as well as communication.

Candidates who are women, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, immigrants, parents, or have other related lived experiences are warmly encouraged to apply. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Plan, design, and implement learning and community programs related to Climate Wayfinding, including project management and program operations.
  • Conduct program-related research and synthesize information/insights for the team.
  • Execute survey creation, data analysis, and program evaluation.
  • Communicate with and support program participants and partners; build a sense of community.
  • Manage program-related documents, slides, and spreadsheets (Google) and project plans (Asana).
Communication
  • Draft copy for newsletters, social posts, and website; manage feedback/revision process with team.
  • Partner with our contracted creative agency to manage updates and posting to digital channels, including our website (Squarespace), email newsletter (MailChimp), social media (Instagram, LinkedIn), and key resources in Notion.
  • Manage incoming communication to the Project via the general inbox and social media.
Funding
  • Prepare and submit compelling grant proposals, reports, and other related communications, to support annual funding priorities.
The Ideal Candidate

We believe the right fit will be someone who:
  • Lives into a steadfast commitment to a just and life-giving future; brings a depth and range of experiences relevant to the Project's mission and programs.
  • Has experience developing and managing complex projects and programs; thinks ahead and focuses on the details.
  • Communicates with effectiveness across mediums, melding clarity and emotional intelligence.
  • Enjoys writing and editing and does both with true excellence - from first draft to final polish.
  • Exudes zest, warmth, and wisdom; greets growth edges (their own, others', and in the work itself) with curiosity and pluck; and embraces the inner and relational work of social change.
  • Has deep familiarity with The All We Can Save Project programs, particularly Climate Wayfinding.
  • Lives in NYC and is willing to travel to New Haven, CT on a bi-monthly basis.
