Contract to hire consulting opportunity for an Business Systems Analyst 2-4 years of experience.

Client requirements:

• Work authorization requirements: US Citizen or GC holder
• W2 hourly only (no C2C)
• Hybrid onsite: 3 days/week

WHAT YOU'LL DO: You'll be key liaison between business and IT teams, translating business needs into clear requirements and comprehensive technical documentation. This role focuses on supporting the configuration and enhancement a life insurance system to ensure accurate product implementation, regulatory compliance, and operational success.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and translate business needs into clear and concise Business Requirements Documentation (BRD).
• Collaborate closely with developers, actuaries, and business partners to create, maintain, and enhance technical documentation
• Document business processes, system designs, analysis performed, and system enhancements or modifications.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, user story refinement, and retrospectives.

Required Experience & Skills

• 2-4 years of business analysis experience
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with business and IT teams.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

3 month contract to hire role
