We are hiring for a Payroll Tax Support Specialist. In this full time position you will be responsible for the timely research and preparation of requested/necessary amended payroll tax returns and ensuring the accuracy of clients' federal, state, and local filings. Potential candidates should pose a BA or BS and 2+ years of payroll processing, payroll tax, or payroll analyst experience.

Position Details:

• Full time, contract
• M-F schedule days
• Prepares amended tax returns using internal software
• Tracks status of new amended returns and adheres to departmental time lines
• Communicates with clients and management team regarding tax filing changes and operational issues

• A high school diploma required. BA or BS is preferred.
• 2+ years of payroll processing, payroll tax, or payroll analyst experience.
• Certified Payroll Professional certification or Certified Public Accountant certification, or degree in accounting
• US citizen or permanent resident status
• Successful completion of a drug screen and background check
