• Systems Analyst Experience
• Oracle, PeopleSoft, and People Tools
• SQL Experience (strong)
• System Reporting (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SQL)
• Webservices (SOAP, RESTful)
• Systems Testing (Unit, Integration, UAT)
• Agile Software Development Methodologies Experience
• Meeting facilitation skills for conducting project-related work sessions and other meetings.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems
• Familiarity with governmental accounting systems and processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and in writing).
