Duties/Responsibilities:

• Sanitize and maintain kitchen, equipment, and service areas
• Prepare and produce a variety of bakery products
• Monitor and replenish kitchen production items
• Supervise assigned staff directly or through lead personnel

Qualifications/Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant culinary and/or baking experience
• Ability to stand and walk continuously for extended periods
• Ability to bend, squat, and lift 15-25lb throughout the shift
• Active listening and effective communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent, or culinary training
