We are looking for an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to own our financial operations. If you have 5+ years of construction accounting experience, are a QuickBooks Online pro, and want a role where you are trusted to work independently (with the possibility of a hybrid schedule), we want you on our team.

(Please Note: This is an autonomous, mid-to-senior level role. Entry-level candidates will not be considered.)

What You Will Do:

• The Books: Manage full-cycle AP/AR. Perform accurate, on-schedule bank and credit card reconciliations using QuickBooks Online.
• The Payroll: Process weekly payroll for our field crews. Handle timecard reviews, payroll taxes, filings, and compliance.
• The Reporting: Prepare clean financial reports to support executive decision-making, year-end reporting, and internal audits.
• The People: Communicate professionally with vendors regarding invoices/payments and resolve customer billing inquiries with a high level of customer service.

What We Need From You:

• The Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience (Construction or contracting industry experience is highly preferred).
• The Certification: QuickBooks Certification is REQUIRED (QuickBooks Online preferred).
• The Tech: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. You must be comfortable managing complex spreadsheets.
• The Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• The Mindset: You are highly organized, deadline-driven, and can manage multiple priorities without being micromanaged.
