Inside Sales Agent (ISA) – Real Estate Listing Appointment Setter Location: Remote (Full-Time, Overseas) Company: Select Realty Group Compensation: Base + Performance Bonuses Who We Are Select Realty Group is a fast-growing, high-performance real estate brokerage based in the United States. Weare expanding our inside sales division and looking for a motivated, confident, and competitive Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to help us set listing appointments for our agents. We are not looking for an order taker. We are looking for someone who loves to win. This position is remote in the Philippines. Responsibilities: • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions • Make 200–300 outbound calls daily to homeowners and seller leads • Contact past clients and database contacts • Follow up with inbound seller inquiries • Call FSBO and expired listings • Qualify potential sellers using our scripts • Schedule listing appointments directly on the team calendar • Confirm next-day appointments • Track call metrics and daily performance Qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree desired • Real estate license or pursuing required • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position • Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car Compensation: $9,600 - $14,400 yearly plus monthly bonus
