Comfort Keepers - - Responsibilities: Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and ambulation.; Provide companion services such as transportation, meal preparation, and household tasks.; Monitor and report changes in client's condition to supervisor; maintain client confidentiality.; Assist with home management tasks and basic medical-related activities as directed by Client Service Plan.; Remind clients to take medications as prescribed.
