The IJO Service Order Dispatcher l will support APTIM Federal Services located at Fort Benning, GA and the IJO team by successfully processing DA 4283 Individual Job Orders (IJO) and Service Orders while utilizing systems including Maximo, General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), Army Maintenance Activity (Ar. MA), and c. Project. This position also provides support to government, management team, project coordinators, and shops while ensuring proficiency of work while meeting deadlines and adhering to office procedures. Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities: Receives and processes New, Estimate, Approved, and Deferred DA 4283's in Maximo, GFEBS, and c. Project. Aids in processing Service Orders in Ar. MA. Send DA 4283 to Project Coordinator for ROM amount/update ROM amount in Maximo and GFEBS, original DA 4283 to government for review and consideration, and daily approved PW - Os to government to fund and release in GFEBS.
