Behavioral Health Credentialing Specialist

A Great Opportunity / Full-Time / $17.50 - $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities may include:

• Responsible for the coordination, development and implementation of the provider credentialing program and electronic health record support (EHR).
• Work with other employees to ensure that necessary credentials are received and maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage and maintain accurate provider rosters for MCO Universal rosters, MITS and other pay platforms.
• Manage EHR support tickets from end users and ensure they are addressed in a timely manner.
• Monitor and communicate EHR updates, enhancement and changes for end users.

Requirements for this position include:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of IT processes and troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills and attention to detail.
