We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support our client by partnering closely with stakeholders, lead requirements efforts, and guide junior team members. This role involves defining business processes, documenting system flows, and creating clear business and functional requirements. You will analyze complex scenarios, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver effective solutions. Remote - Cincinnati, OH. Part-time assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop BRDs
• Support user acceptance testing
• Contribute to user guides and training
• Assist with post-production issue resolution
• Collaborate with the Scrum Master to track sprint progress and ensure successful delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required (B.E. / B.Tech / BCA); Master's or MBA preferred
• 7+ years of experience working with Retail, CPG, or Logistics clients is required, along with awareness of information security practices, SDLC principles, and OWASP Top 10 concepts.
• Solid communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Office 365, including advanced Excel
• Ability to generate insights from consolidated reports
