Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following site-specific access control procedures, including greeting, directing, and answering questions at entry points.; Control access to the location by checking identification and/or credentials, issuing temporary badges as authorized, maintaining visitor logs, and following sign-in and sign-out requirements.; Monitor vehicle and pedestrian entry areas, coordinate delivery and pickup access per post orders, and report suspicious or unauthorized access attempts to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, documenting actions taken, and supporting emergency response activities as directed.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, and complete routine security-related reports and documentation according to site procedures.
